• The process involves capturing a live photo during HR Job Posting to confirm liveness (i.e., ensuring the person is real and not using a static image).
• The captured photo is stored temporarily and it will be deleted when the posted job is deleted.
• All data is encrypted and securely transmitted and stored during the verification process.
• These photos are not used for any other purpose such as analytics, profiling, or sharing with third parties.
